Many thanks to The City of Saratoga Springs, NY for granting us Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to facilitate much needed repairs at our Progressive Steps Apartment Program!
The City of Saratoga Spring Mayor’s Office administers the CDBG Action Plan, which distributes more than $200,000 to organizations addressing community development needs and benefiting persons of low and moderate income. On April 20, 2022, the City Council approved the funding plan recommended by our Citizen Advisory Committee. RISE was awarded $20, 434 to replace aging flooring and steps in two of our Progressive Steps Apartment Program (PSAP), providing an improved quality of life to residence in our program.
