The Rocky “Above and Beyond” Award and Presentations
RISE presented the first annual “RISE Above and Beyond” Award to Congressman Paul Tonko in recognition of his impactful advocacy for the needs of our community’s most vulnerable. Followed by presentations from Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner, and Honorable Judge Francine Vero about the work RISE does in the community.

Garland Nelson and enthusiastic attendees led the very spirited audience during the movie. Garland ended the night by leading everyone in doing the Time Warp again!
