RISE is a member of the Saratoga-North Country Continuum of Care – a collation of community partners working together to end homelessness. In this Video clip, representatives from these agencies, including Lindsey Connors, RISE Associate Executive Director, and Maggie Fonk, Wellspring Saratoga Executive Director, address the obstacles and concerns that the Continuum faces in our efforts to end homelessness in our county.
