The Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs celebrated World Hunger Day by making a donation of breakfast and snack items to the Adelphi Street Shelter. Kevin Tuohy, General Manager, says, “RISE is a wonderful organization with the most important mission there could possibly be. When it comes to hunger, I always think of Jacques Diouf’s quote: ‘Hunger is not an issue of charity. It is an issue of justice’.”
