One and Two Bedroom Apartments are available. Some units are prioritized for adults 55+ and a number of units is set aside for applicants with disabilities: Mobility: 6 units and Vision/Hearing: 3 units.

The Riverview Apartments at Corinth Lottery will be held on: September 4, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Saratoga Hilton, 534 Broadway, Saratoga Springs.
Completed applications must by postmarked by: August 20, 2024.

Individuals or households who meet the income and household size requirements listed in the table below may apply. Household Size requirements can be waived at NYSHCR’s discretion. Qualified applicants will be required to meet additional selection criteria.

Based on the size of your household, your Maximum annual Income must be equal to or less than the amount listed in the chart below.
Applicants must be income and asset eligible at the time of application and lease execution.
