July 2024 Staff Recognitions

Please join us in congratulating the July 2024 Recognition Recipients!

Rise to the Occasion Recognition

The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.

Please join us in congratulating Tammy Burke, Human Resources Assistant, as the July Rise to the Occasion Recognition recipient!

Tammy went above and beyond in assisting Jackie Knowles, Residential Director, in filling open positions in a variety of our housing programs. Jackie says, “During all the transitions in programs she has helped me with ensuring all applicants are screened and interviews scheduled within a reasonable time frame. She really is doing an awesome job, and the help has been appreciated.  She is definitely going above and beyond!”

Thank you Tammy for making this process run smoothly and efficiently!

Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition

The Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition is given to highly motivated individuals who go that extra mile in their job. Rise to the Extra Mile honorees get to park in a designated parking space at the RISE administration office.

Please join us in congratulating, Briana Casey, Adult AOT Care Manager, as the July Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition recipient!

Briana assisted the Adult Care Management team by attending every zoom training that AHI Health Home Care Management has offered in the last few months. While attending the training she has been taking notes, so Care Managers who weren’t able to attend could get the information provided. Briana has never been asked to do this and goes above and beyond to support her team.

Thank you Briana for your dedication to your team!

Staff on the RISE

Staff on the Rise is an employee recognition program which recognizes staff who possess an exemplary work ethic, excel on the job, are team players, and are an inspiration to others.

Please join us in congratulating Heather Ball, Housing First Coordinator, as the July Staff on the Rise Recognition recipient and on her promotion to Housing First Coordinator!

Heather has worked tirelessly as an  Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT)/ Health Home Plus (HH+) Care Manager and brings to her new role a wealth of knowledge to support the individuals in the Housing First program. Heather is forever eager to help the clients of RISE, but she is also willing to step up and help out her peers, volunteer to support new initiatives like the Universal Preservation Hall Ambassador Program and our partnership with CREATE Studios and lend a helping hand wherever need be. Housing First is lucky to have her!
