Executive Director’s Recognition
The Executive Director’s Recognition is given to individuals who’s insight, efforts, and innovation elevate their program.
Congratulations to Erika Straight, Youth Care Management Program Director, the June Executive Director’s Recognition recipient!
Erika helped grow and expand the Youth Care Management. She tirelessly promotes the program to continue its growth and expansion. Erica oversees the Youth Care Managers located at the RISE Care Management Main Office and in two remote in-school-district offices.

Rise to the Occasion Recognition
The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.
Congratulations to Jackie Knowles, Rain House Program Director, the June Rise to the Occasion recipient!
Jackie has been a wonderful team player especially while Edgewood House was undergoing a change in leadership by providing staffing and oversight, as well as doing many overnight shifts herself.
She and the the new Edgewood House Program Director, Ian Vonie, are working together to create unity between the two Community Residents to provide more cohesive services to our residents.

Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition
The Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition is given to highly motivated individuals who go that extra mile in their job. Rise to the Extra Mile honorees get to park in a designated parking space at the RISE administration office.
Please join us in Congratulating Jay Brunetto, Milestone Manor Program Supervisor, as June’s RISE to the Extra Mile honoree!
Jay goes the extra mile for our residents by setting up fun recreational activities to help them get out, exercise, and socialize. These include trips to the YMCA, Moreau Lake State Park, and Foster Sheep Farm in Schuylerville.
