Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition
The Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition is given to highly motivated individuals who go that extra mile in their job. Rise to the Extra Mile honorees get to park in a designated parking space at the RISE administration office.
Congratulations to Adam Riemer, Development Director, as the November Rise to the Extra Mile recognition recipient. Adam poured his heart into preparations for RISE’s first big fundraiser, The Rocky Horror Picture Show at UPH. He was able to field every curveball thrown at him and attended to every minute detail, all while planning his own wedding! (Congratulations!) The event was a phenomenal success, thanks in no small part to his efforts.
Rise to the Occasion Recognition
The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.
Congratulations to the Rocky Horror Picture Show Planning Committee members, as the November Rise to the Occasion Recognition Recipients. Lindsey Connors, Melodie Masterson, Janessa Ellmers, Liz McFarren, and Rik Jordan put in endless hours and pulled off an amazing event! Thank you for volunteering so much time to support our agency in such an awesome way!
Staff on the RISE
Staff on the Rise is an employee recognition program which recognizes staff who possess an exemplary work ethic, excel on the job, are team players, and are an inspiration to others.
Congratulations to Tammy Burke, Human Resources Assistant, as the November Rise to the Occasion Recognition Recipient. Tammy started with RISE in February 2020 as an Administration Assistant. In September 2022 she was promoted to Human Resources Assistant. In her new position, Tammy is responsible for employment recruitment which includes matching resumes with open jobs.
