The Principessa Elena Society of Saratoga Springs was founded in 1900, by a group of Italian-Americans to assist Italian families who immigrated to Saratoga Springs, NY. The society was named after Princess Elena, the daughter of King Nikola Petrovic of Montenegro. Today, the society supports local organizations by donating the proceeds of it’s Friday night dinners open to the public.
