Congratulations to Sarah Tobias, Youth Care Manager, as the April Rise to the Extra Mile recognition recipient.
Sarah recently celebrated her one year anniversary with RISE. Since since day, she has been going above and beyond to help the individuals she serves including their family members. Sarah is a key contributor to helping families through uncertain times.
Sarah has and continues to show outstanding dependability not only to the individuals she serves but to her team as well. Sarah often lends a helping hand to provide support to her team.
Congratulations Sarah for this well-deserved employee recognition.
Rise to the Occasion Recognition
The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.
Congratulations to the Adult Care Management Team as the April Rise to the Occasion Recognition recipients.
The Adult Care Management program have been understaffed for months, and the adult team has worked so hard to make sure that they are still meeting the needs of the clients we serve. Everyone has been over caseload capacity and handing the extra work like rock stars.
Though things have been busier and more stressful, the team has handled this with grace. Everyone is still willing to lend an extra hand when needed, with a smile and a positive attitude. Things are more stressful with me going out on leave, and onboarding new staff, but I know this team can handle anything thrown their way.
Staff on the RISE
