Rise to the Occasion Recognition
The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.
Congratulations to Kayana Webster, Rain House Senior Counselor, as the August Rise to the Occasion Recognition Recipient!
Kayana started at Rain House in September 2021 and has excelled in her position, recently moving up to Senior Counselor. She is eager to learn and willing to help wherever help is needed. Kayana is a very kind person with excellent boundaries. She has great potential and is an asset to the Rain House team.

Special Recognition
Congratulations to Kayli Hammond, PSAP Service Plan Writer, for this Special Recognition!
Kayli will be moving on from her time at RISE to embark on a study-abroad adventure! Her supervisor, Vita Nemeyer, notes “She is always willing to pitch in whenever and wherever she is needed. She has proven time and again that she is a valuable asset to our program and the agency in general by covering at other programs when they are short staffed with very little notice and demonstrating the leadership qualities we value in our staff.”

Staff on the Rise
Staff on the Rise is an employee recognition program which recognizes staff who possess an exemplary work ethic, excel on the job, are team players, and are an inspiration to others.
Congratulations to Victoria Furfaro, Community Outreach Supervisor, as the August Staff on the Rise Recipient!
Victoria has been a crucial part in the creation and development of the Outreach programming at RISE since its inception in 2020. Her passion in serving the folks experiencing street-homelessness, especially those who are justice involved, is well-reflected in the incredible success of the Community Outreach Court and her recent promotion to Community Outreach Supervisor.
We look forward to supporting Victoria as she continues to tackle new programming here at RISE.
