As the Director of Facilities, Stace has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in maintaining and improving the infrastructure that supports our daily operations.
From overseeing maintenance requests to managing our facility’s resources and coordinating projects, his work ensures that everything runs smoothly. Stace has gone above and beyond in making sure our facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to a safe living space for our residents and positive work environment for our employees.
Recently, RISE has faced two floods that resulted in significant property loss.
“Our poor, dear Stace who has been handling all the recent property fiascos with unimaginable grace”, Lindsey Connors, Associate Executive Director, acknowledges. Stace exhibited outstanding problem-solving skills, helping to address the urgent facility needs with efficiency and professionalism.
