Each month RISE recognizes an individual in one of our programs who has made exceptional progress towards meeting their goals. This month our spotlight is on Will, a Milestone Manor resident who is transitioning to a lower level of care and will be moving into his own apartment in the Progressive Steps Apartment Program.
