The Adelphi Street shelter opened June 12, 2023, and since opening has provided our guests are able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. That is over 1,700 meals that we have been able to serve thanks to the support of our community and faith-based partners.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our community partners who contributed and continue to contribute meals to the Adelphi Street shelter. Thanks to donations from LifeWorks Community Action, The Salvation Army, Saratoga Springs United Methodist Church, Bookmakers Restaurant, The Giving Circle, Saratoga Stronger, Wheatfields Restaurant, The Olde Bryan Inn, and Deathwish Coffee, we are able to provide hot, nutritious meals to individuals facing homelessness.
We greatly appreciate their support to help us provide healthy and nutritious meals to our shelter guests and visitors.
It is because of the collective effort of our community partners that we are able to continue our mission to support our guests and uplift our community.
We also want to thank the volunteers who helped prepare and serve the meals, and those who worked behind the scenes to make sure every need was met. This effort wouldn’t have been possible without each of you, and we are so fortunate to have such a dedicated network of supporters.
