RISE would like to thank Foothold Technology, a human services software company, for this year’s user conference, Transform 2021. Foothold’s software helps our staff to efficiently document services and it provides us tools to improve performance on key metrics such as service planning, client engagement, and outcomes.
This years user conference provided us with insights into upcoming changes to HUD’s (Housing and Urban Development) upcoming changes to their Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Data Standards.
HIMS is the information technology system RISE participates in which used to collect client-level data and data on the provision of housing and services to homeless individuals and families and persons at risk of homelessness.
We also gleaned new nuggets of information on how to use Foothold’s powerful reporting tools to collect and transform data into meaningful information to help us further assist the participants in our programs to meet their goals and expectations.
