With the Code Blue season being over, and many folks have returned to uncertainty of where they are going to lay their heads each night. As a member of the Saratoga County Alliance to End Homelessness, RISE is working hard to create a community where we hand each of these folks keys, not tents. But until that day comes, our Outreach Team could certainly use your help in providing for their basic shelter, clothing, and hygiene needs.
